Fini Carpet Anti-slip Liner / Anti-slip Mat / FINISTOP is designed and manufactured by FINIPUR, a professional supplier of carpet substrates in Belgium. FINIPUR was founded in the early 20th century, and has become an indispensable supply link in the industry for nearly 30 years!
