Shipping method and estimated delivery time
The distribution of the products on this site will be delivered by a professional logistics company, except that the product volume exceeds the standard of the logistics company, which is otherwise agreed between the site and the consumer.
It is expected to be delivered within 7 working days after the order is established (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays).
How much is shipping?
For general products, as long as the purchase is over $1500, the shipping fee will be free, and if the purchase is less than $1500, an additional $100 shipping fee will be charged.
Custom size and large size rugs (package length over 9 feet) will be charged separately, and the shipping cost calculation will be automatically derived from the checkout page according to the volume and distance.
Logistics attempt delivery times
If the product ordered by the consumer cannot be delivered after two deliveries, and if the company cannot be contacted by phone or E-mail for more than three days, the company will cancel the order and give a full refund.
Mr. Logistics delivery time
Our cooperating logistics operators will try to deliver between 9:00 and 18:00 on weekdays (non-holidays). If you are not expected to be at the delivery location during this period, please note who will receive the goods on your behalf.
Scope of delivery and precautions for self-collection
Limited to the island of Taiwan . If the customer's location is on the island but is in an area where our logistics partner cannot deliver (usually mountainous or remote areas), we will cancel the order and refund the payment after trying to coordinate with the second operator.
Household daily necessities that are less than low-selling, such as floor (door) mats or rugs, will be gradually opened for customers to come to the store for self-pickup to save shipping costs. Please pay attention to SMS or email notifications before you come to the store to avoid customers wasting precious time.
How to know if the product has been shipped and track the shipment
If you have successfully placed an order with us, we will notify you by email or SMS at different stages of the order. After the goods are delivered, we will send you an email or a text message with the tracking number of the shipment and the tracking website of the logistics provider.
