The density per square meter reaches an astonishing million needles, making the pattern more delicate and eye-catching. In terms of production process, the warp and weft are interwoven on a large Wilton loom that completely imitates the ancient hand-knotted carpet weaving method. In addition to making the carpet strong and never deformed, this weaving method also makes the bottom of the carpet breathable and not stuffy, and long-term use will not cause color difference of the floor. In terms of material, advanced polypropylene fiber, commonly known as imitation wool, is used, which has a delicate, soft and elastic texture. The yarn color is dyed with stock solution, which simply means that the color to be presented in the yarn is injected into the raw material at the stage of making the raw material, ensuring that there is no need to worry about color fastness problems during long-term use.
